Mark Flores

Founder · Grant Writer · Consultant

Mark brings more than 31 years of public safety and law enforcement experience to Flores Public Safety Consulting. His career includes leadership roles as Captain of Contract Services with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office and Chief of Police at California State University, East Bay. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Ashford University.

Today, Mark draws on that experience to support nonprofit organizations and law enforcement agencies with practical insight, strategic guidance, and grant writing assistance. His goal is simple: help organizations strengthen their programs, secure critical resources, and move their mission forward.

A 50% deposit may be required for new clients or large projects.
Billing
Hourly consulting is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
